Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and earn competitive pay, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients and offer flexibility to choose assignments, travel locally, and enroll in our general liability coverage. A quick onboarding process lets you start within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US resident with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and track progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible availability.
