Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a Swim Instructor you will conduct private and small group lessons, create customized plans, travel to pools, and ensure safety while helping students progress.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with availability to teach in clients' homes or local pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
