Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with options to choose clients. We cover client locations nationwide and provide general liability coverage.

Ideal for experienced instructors who value autonomy, safety, and delivering tailored, effective instruction. Training and onboarding can begin quickly once interviewed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US work authorized.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and able to work in clients' homes.
• Professional and positive attitude around children and adults.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexible timing.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons to needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
