Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel to local locations, delivering personalized, safe instruction.

You will be paid quickly—within 24 hours after each lesson—with the potential to earn $40–$70 per hour. The role requires at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and authorize to work.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ pools.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
