InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. We supply the clients, you set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As a private instructor, you can choose which clients to work with, travel locally, and enjoy fast payments and insurance coverage through InstaSwim. The role emphasizes safety, personalized lesson plans, and fun learning experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
