Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule, and we supply the clients.

You can expect payment within 24 hours after each lesson via PayPal or other methods. As part of InstaSwim, you'll conduct private and small group lessons, travel to locations, and create personalized lesson plans while prioritizing safety and student progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pools.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, engaging and tracked learning experience.
