Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide individualized rehabilitative services under orders, plan treatment programs, and participate in conferences to coordinate care.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and licensure reimbursement, plus CEUs and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy discipline.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care for residents.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, function-based sessions.
• Adapt sessions to individual patient needs and progress.
