Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team. You will provide one-on-one therapies for seniors, following medical orders within a coordinated care plan to improve function and quality of life.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, plus strong benefits, 401(k), PTO with rollover, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and career advancement opportunities in a not-for-profit, therapist-led organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one rehabilitation services for residents.
• Assist with rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Mentor and gain hands-on experience with innovative therapies and treatments.
