Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current PT license in state or ability to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care.
• Treat residents one on one to ensure individualized sessions.
• Support private, functional-based treatment approaches.
