Qualifications

• Comprehension of recipes, production orders and cooking instructions for daily menus.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow health guidelines.
• Stand for extended periods of time and move up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Follow client and company safety protocols including COVID-19 measures.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist with multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce, prepare and cook foods including soups, sauces, salads and entrees.
• Set up station prior to service with proper equipment and ingredients.
• Keep a clean, safe workspace and sanitize after each shift.
• Provide courteous customer service at all times.
• Assist with deliveries and food presentation as directed.
