Work with Willow is a thriving private practice in the Tampa/St. Pete area seeking licensed therapists for a full-time, independent contractor role. You will see clients and make an impact with minimal administrative burden, while the firm handles marketing and referrals.

The position offers $75-$125/hour, a hybrid schedule with in-office days and telehealth option, a 4-day work week if desired, and a supportive environment with quick payments and a private-pay model.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Florida to practice psychotherapy (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD or PsyD).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in private practice or similar settings.
• Wamiliarity with private pay practice and independent contractor models.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to a full-time caseload (~20 clients/week).
• Maintain clinical quality and client progress within a private pay model.
• Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy over scheduling.
