Job summary

Elevation Individual and Family Therapy PLLC is seeking a licensed therapist to join a flexible, client-centered practice that emphasizes work-life balance and autonomy. You will set your own schedule, provide individual, child, family and group therapy, and document within 24–48 hours.

The role offers a full-time schedule with telehealth options, and you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while pursuing licensure through supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a mental health field required.
• Licensed or license-eligible in IL or IN (LMFT/LPC/LSW/LCPC/LCSW).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective individual, child, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24–48 hours after services.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapy goals.
• Participate in supervision toward licensure.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and families.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of records.
