Job summary

Heartland Counseling Center seeks qualified mental health professionals to provide outpatient therapy to a broad client base. You’ll work with an experienced private practice team and participate in regular supervision for PLPCs. The center handles marketing and referrals, helping you maintain a full caseload.

The role emphasizes timely clinical documentation and collaborative care within a supportive, team-focused environment. Employment is provided as a W2 position with administrative support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work with a cohesive, supportive team.
• Self-motivated with good time-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy services to a population you love.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Work closely with a team of experienced private practice therapists with in-house supervision for PLPCs.
• Maintain a consistently full caseload with regular referrals provided by our Center.
