Job summary

Heartland Counseling Center in Arnold, MO is seeking an experienced mental health therapist to provide outpatient therapy and collaborate with an in-house supervisor. You will maintain a full caseload with regular referrals provided by the Center.

You will complete clinical documentation promptly, work with a cohesive team of therapists, and benefit from a streamlined administrative workflow including credentialing and billing support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with clients.
• Enjoy working with a cohesive, supportive team.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Work closely with a team of private practice therapists and supervision.
• Maintain a consistently full caseload with regular referrals provided by the Center.
