Job summary

Heartland Counseling Center invites a clinician to provide outpatient mental health therapy to a population you love. You will complete clinical documentation promptly and collaborate with a team of experienced private practice therapists, with PLPCs meeting regularly with an in-house supervisor.

Maintain a consistently full caseload with regular referrals provided by our Center as we handle marketing, credentialing, and administrative support to let you focus on care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.

• Able to work with a cohesive and supportive team.
• Self‑motivated with efficient time management.

Requirements

Who you are:

• You have a Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• You are excited about providing great clinical care to clients.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and love building relationships with your clients.
• You enjoy working with a cohesive and supportive team.
• You are self-motivated and can manage your time efficiently.
