Job summary

Heartland Counseling Center in Missouri seeks a licensed or progressing therapist to provide outpatient mental health therapy to clients. You’ll work with a cohesive private practice team and enjoy streamlined documentation and in-house support to keep your caseload full.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• Excited about providing great clinical care to clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and love building relationships with clients.
• Enjoy working with a cohesive and supportive team.
• Self-motivated and can manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy services to a population you love.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner (streamlined process).
• Work closely with a team of experienced private practice therapists (PLPCs meet with in-house supervisor).
• Maintain a consistently full caseload with regular referrals provided by our Center.
