Heartland Counseling Center in Missouri seeks therapists to provide outpatient mental health services in a private practice setting. You will maintain a full caseload and collaborate with an experienced team of therapists.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work well in a cohesive, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to a population you love.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner with streamlined processes.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced private practice therapists, with PLPC supervision as needed.
• Maintain a consistently full caseload with regular referrals provided by the Center.
