We recruit therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who want a different employment experience with centralized support and reduced daily obstacles. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field
- License in Missouri (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) or in process
- Experience with diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and notes
- Ability to document services promptly and maintain boundaries
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
- Maintain caseload targets for full-time clinicians
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team
- Use creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals
- Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines
