The role supports autonomy and earning potential by handling client inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting and billing while you maintain a full-time caseload across Lee's Summit, Independence, State Line Rd, and North Oak.

Qualifications

• Master's degree progress toward licensure and Missouri licensure is required.
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans and case notes.
• Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing and mental health docs preferred.
• Timely documentation and professional boundaries are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans per policy.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week across multiple locations.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate within a supportive team.
• Bring creativity to interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Submit individual session documentation per guidelines.
