Ellie Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the Kansas City area to join a private practice model with centralized support, flexible scheduling, and rent-free office space. The role emphasizes collaborative care, CBT/DBT/EMDR training, and dedication to improving community mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Missouri license (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) to practice.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans with ongoing documentation.
• Maintain a caseload per week for Full-Time clinicians (25 client hours).
• Provide customer service and collaborate with a team to address community needs.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Submit documentation for each session per guidelines.
