Ellie Mental Health in Missouri is expanding its private practice with a full-time therapist role across our Lee's Summit, Independence, State Line, and North Oak locations. You will manage a caseload of 25 client hours per week while benefiting from centralized client inquiries, scheduling, and insurance contracting that empower you to focus on care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field with active progress toward licensure.
• Missouri clinical license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Experience completing diagnostic tools, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Familiarity with therapy services, insurance billing, and mental health documentation (preferred).
• Ability to submit documentation in a timely manner; model stable boundaries with clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans with progress notes per policy.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a supportive team.
• Bring creativity to interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Submit session documentation per guidelines.
