Ellie Mental Health is a locally owned private practice with multiple Missouri locations, seeking a clinician to manage a full-time caseload while leveraging our centralized client inquiries, scheduling, insurance contracting, and billing support. You will focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation.

The role requires a master's in a behavioral science, MO licensure progress, and strong EHR/documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral science or related field.
• Active progress toward licensure in Missouri.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in MO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time caseload of 25 client hours per week.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation per company policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team.
• Submit documentation for each session.
