Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our Missouri network for evening and weekend appointments. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, creativity and compassionate care while delivering individual, family, and group therapy, including Telehealth options.

The perfect candidate will hold a master’s degree in a behavioral science, possess Missouri licensure, and have experience with treatment planning, documentation, and working with diverse client

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Clinical licensure (MO) required; PLPC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, HSPP accepted.
• Ability to work afternoons/evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and teens.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain required caseloads for full-time or part-time status.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize creative interventions to help clients meet goals.
• Prepare session documentation per guidelines and timelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
