Job summary

Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care seeks a Community Revenue Cycle Manager to serve as the primary financial leader for private-pay revenue cycle across the Covenant Living Community. This role oversees resident billing, AR and regulatory processes, while partnering with campus executive leadership to ensure accurate revenue capture and timely cash collections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role or accounting/bookkeeping
• Knowledge of revenue cycle & healthcare finance principles
• Experience with Medicaid eligibility, entrance fee refund admin, and resident trust accounting
• Ability to lead through influence without direct supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead campus private-pay revenue cycle initiatives and act as executive advisor
• Oversee private-pay billing processes, statements, and revenue reporting
• Manage AR, cash collections, and payment plans per policy
• Oversee Medicaid eligibility oversight and admissions disclosures
• Coordinate with campus operations, Revenue Cycle, and Central Office Finance
