Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Community Revenue Cycle Manager to serve as the financial leader for private-pay revenue cycle activities across Covenant Living communities. You will oversee resident billing, AR, and regulatory financial processes while coordinating with campus leadership to ensure accurate revenue capture and timely cash collections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or accounting/bookkeeping
• Degree in accounting or business administration preferred
• Experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead private-pay revenue cycle initiatives to optimize cash flow and reduce AR exposure
• Oversee resident billing, AR performance, and cash collections
• Coordinate with campus leadership, Revenue Cycle, and Central Office Finance
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review revenue reports and census/payor data for accuracy
