The role rewards relationship-building, credibility, and long-term referrals, with base compensation of $100,000–$130,000 plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Healthcare business development experience preferred (private pay/home care).
• Able to build business without inbound leads.
• Strong trust-building with families, partners, and decision-makers.
• Proven prospecting and networking to turn conversations into revenue.
• Excellent communication in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Independent field work with metrics accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build referral relationships with social workers, discharge planners, and senior leaders.
• Identify families needing private pay care after hospitalization or decline.
• Educate referral sources and families on private duty options and flexibility.
• Create a repeatable referral process through outreach and follow-up.
• Attend networking events and partner visits to boost brand visibility.
• Manage long-cycle opportunities; track activity, leads, and conversions.
