Love your job and feel fully filled as an In-Home Care Licensed Vocational Nurse. Family Tree Private Care is searching for full-time, part-time and PRN LPNs. We are looking for compassionate nurses with a passion for service, family values, and a true desire to help the elderly. Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned patient’s homes and manage their care plan according to physician’s instructions.
• Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit.
• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
• Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress.
• Educate caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.
• Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
• Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.

• Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots, and setting up and monitoring IVs.

Pay Rate

• RN: $48-$55
• LPN: $38- $40

Requirements

• Active license and certification
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Strong candidates have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the home care industry (or related industry – hospice, home health, hospital, etc.)
• 1 Year of Practicing Nursing
