Chelmsford Public Schools - Chelmsford Community Education Center is seeking a Private Music Lesson Program Supervisor. You will work with the Fine Arts Coordinator to manage private music lesson scheduling, instructor coordination, and recital organization.

Qualifications

• Appropriate degree and knowledge of Chelmsford Public Schools' music curriculum/program.
• Proficiency with computers/technology.

Responsibilities

• Update/create all program activities in the online database and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate the schedule for all private music lessons.
• Provide registration support to the community as needed.
• Act as the point person for Music Instructors.
• Coordinate and oversee room usage rentals.
• Create documents for instructors to report lessons for payroll.
• Communicate program PR/advertising through the Community Education Office.
• Communicate with parents/guardians as needed.
• Organize the Annual Recital and book recital venue.
• Recruit teachers and supervise summer, fall, and winter/spring sessions.
• Schedule piano maintenance as needed.
• Meet quarterly with the Coordinator of the Fine Arts and the Director of Chelmsford Community Education.
