Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and select which clients to work with, earning payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and covers insurance; flexibility to travel locally and maintain a professional, safe learning environment for swimmers of all ages. Must have at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US work authorization and based in the US.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and community pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
