Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with local travel to client locations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18 or older, hold CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain, and have reliable transportation. We provide client matches and insurance coverage as part of joining InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills and progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
