Job summary

EY is seeking a Wealth and Asset Management Technology leader in New York to drive product and business analysis for private markets. You will partner with senior client stakeholders, investment and operations teams, and engineers to shape product vision and define capabilities.

You will own backlogs, lead workshops, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps while coaching junior staff in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, information systems, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant work experience in product analysis, business analysis or technology consulting in financial services.
• Experience leading teams through discovery, requirements, design, development, testing and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of private markets and alternative investment products.

Responsibilities

• Lead product analysis and business analysis workstreams from discovery through implementation.
• Define business outcomes, target capabilities, roadmaps and measurable success criteria.
• Plan executive interviews, workshops and decision-making sessions across multiple functions.
• Translate needs into product roadmaps, epics, features and acceptance criteria.
• Coach Senior Consultants and Consultants, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives.
• Oversee data modeling and source-to-target mapping activities.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, engineering and data leads to align requirements.
• Lead testing strategy, user acceptance testing and readiness planning.
