Focus Financial Partners seeks an Associate for Focus Investment Partners to support private equity and venture capital fundraising operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help with investor communications, reporting, onboarding, and relationship management while learning private markets.

The role emphasizes organizational excellence, proactive ownership of recurring workflows, and exposure to fundraising strategy and diligence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–2+ years of experience in investment operations, private funds, fund administration, asset management, or investor relations.

Mansioni

• Provide operational and administrative support for the private equity and venture capital fundraising platform.
• Drive execution and coordination across fundraising processes with trackers, approvals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and fundraising events.
• Prepare meeting materials, investor communications, and reporting packages.
• Manage investor records, CRM updates, and fundraising pipelines.
• Assist with investor onboarding, subscription documentation, and data room access.
• Coordinate with third‑party administrators and service providers to support workflows.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain a high level of client service.
• Track fundraising activity, investor engagement, and business development initiatives.
