Job summary

Corbet's Research Coordinator supports investment staff as the go-to person for corporate access and PM-Analyst teams. You will liaise with Broker Relations and Corporate Access to schedule meetings, manage calendars, and ensure compliance across the investment workflow.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to deliver best-in-class support for the firm's investment staff.

Qualifications

• Corporate Access knowledge.
• Analytical thinker with strong written and verbal communication.

• Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute on all Corporate Access & Sell Side Meeting Arrangements.
• Schedule corporate access, sell side analyst meetings, and expert calls.
• Corporate Access Planning – develop strategy with investment teams and access team.
• Track upcoming non-deal roadshows, conferences, events, and earnings calls.
• Create and deliver regular corporate access reporting.
• Daily data entry and maintenance for internal database accuracy.
• Schedule management calls for PM teams using Corbet's systems.
• Request conference meetings; confirm schedules with Broker Relations.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class support to investment teams.
• Provide day-to-day support for PM and analyst teams: manage calendar, travel, expenses, and ad hoc asks.
• Visa processing for work travel; accurate expense processing.
• Bespoke reporting and calendar updates for PM and Teams.
• Review Teams' calendars daily/weekly to prevent conflicts and prioritize meetings.
• Complete ad hoc requests for Broker Relations, including broker subscriptions and resourcing.
• Work with Compliance to ensure policy adherence and meeting approvals.
