Qualifications

• Based in the United States.
• Experience in wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or other client-facing roles in finance.

Responsibilities

• Speak with founders, early employees, shareholders, and professional investors.
• Match buyers and sellers and coordinate each transaction through closing.
• Stay in regular touch with your clients and grow long-term relationships.
• Work with high-profile private tech companies before their IPO.
