Silicon Valley Investclub LLC is seeking a Private Markets Associate in the United States to build relationships with investors and shareholders and guide transactions from first conversation to closing.

You will work with a deal team, match buyers and sellers, and engage with founders and professional investors, focusing on private tech companies before they IPO. This role offers flexible hours, sponsorship for FINRA licenses, and hands-on support from a dedicated deal team.

Competenze

• Experience in wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or other client-facing roles in finance.

The role

As a Private Markets Associate, you build relationships with investors and shareholders and guide transactions from the first conversation to closing. Our team brings you matched buyers and sellers from our network, so your time goes into conversations, not cold searching.
