Job summary

Silicon Valley Investclub LLC is seeking a Private Markets Associate to cultivate investor relationships and guide deals from initial conversations to closing. You’ll collaborate with a deal team, match buyers and sellers, and bring strategic opportunities in private tech before IPO.

You’ll engage founders, executives, and high-net-worth investors, building trust over time while handling multiple transactions and maintaining long-term client relationships in a fast-paced private markets

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Speak with founders, early employees, shareholders, and professional investors.
• Match buyers and sellers and coordinate each transaction through closing.
• Stay in regular touch with clients and grow long-term relationships.
• Work with private tech companies before IPO.
