Job summary

Silicon Valley Investclub LLC is seeking a Private Markets Associate to build relationships with investors and shareholders and guide transactions from the first conversation to closing. You will coordinate matched buyers and sellers and stay in regular contact to grow long-term relationships, with exposure to high-profile private tech companies before they IPO.

The role

As a Private Markets Associate, you build relationships with investors and shareholders and guide transactions from the first conversation to closing. Our team brings you matched buyers and sellers from our network, so your time goes into conversations, not cold searching.
