Job summary

Cerity Partners seeks a Private Markets Associate focused on private equity, private credit, and real assets. The role supports due diligence, RFP responses, and data-driven investment content in a hybrid SF or Pittsburgh office.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in private markets, with CFA/CAIA preferred, and strong MS Office and data skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in private markets research.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support manager due diligence and development of investment content for private market engagements.
• Assist in drafting RFP responses with data, analyses, and written responses.
• Effectively present research findings to internal and client staff as needed.
• Interact with managers and intermediaries to collect data; handle ad-hoc requests.
• Proactively source investment opportunities.
• Analyze data to reach reasoned conclusions.
• Draft presentations and written reports.
• Summarize key data, findings, and conclusions.
