Qualifications

• 2–3 years of investment banking or management consulting experience.
• Private equity experience is also considered
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated and eager to take on responsibility

Responsibilities

• Join a growing investment team with potential for expansion.
• Work closely with Senior Associates, Directors and senior investment professionals.
• Gain exposure to the full investment process, from sourcing and diligence through execution and portfolio management.
• Participate in management meetings, Investment Committee discussions and internal deal reviews.
• Take on increasing responsibility as you develop, with the long-term goal of managing deals from start to finish.
