Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Private Markets Associate to work across private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets) with a hybrid work policy prioritizing office collaboration. The role requires 3–5 years in private markets research, a bachelor's degree, and preferred MBA/finance credentials.

CFA/CAIA are a plus. The position offers a compensation range of $90,000–$120,000 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in private markets research.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance master preferred.
CFA/CAIA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support due diligence and development of investment content for private markets clients.
Draft responses to RFPs with data, analyses, and writing as directed.
Present research findings to internal teams and clients as needed.
Interact with managers and intermediaries to collect data and respond to ad-hoc requests.
Proactively source investment opportunities and analyze data.
Draft presentations and written reports summarizing data and conclusions.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-based environment while adhering to compliance policies.
