Job summary

StartEngine is seeking dynamic individuals to join our newest sales team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with our growing base of investors—building relationships, guiding them through investment opportunities, and helping them participate in the next wave of innovative companies.

You’ll play a pivotal role in not only supporting investments into companies on our platform, but also in helping people invest in StartEngine itself.

Qualifications

• FINRA Registration required: Series 7 and Series 63.
• Live and work in the United States.
• Natural relationship builder who thrives on meaningful conversations.
• Experience in outbound sales.
• Passion for finance, private equity, and cutting-edge tech sectors.
• Confidence in presenting investment opportunities clearly.
• High emotional intelligence for sophisticated client relationships.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; you’re a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to elite investors.
• Build meaningful relationships with accredited investors across the U.S.
• Consult with investors to understand their portfolio goals and risk appetites.
• Serve as the inside connection for exclusive gold level issuers.
• Identify opportunities to align investor interests with upcoming private offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from first call to closed deal.
• Drive deal flow and overall market momentum.
