Job summary

StartEngine is seeking experienced sales professionals for its Private Equity team to expand access to private companies, secondary transactions, and pre-IPO opportunities. As a Private Equity Associate, you will work directly with accredited investors, building long-term relationships and guiding them through the investment process.

Associates develop and manage their own book of business, conduct outbound outreach, and drive capital commitments into private market transactions.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales experience in finance or investments.
• Strong relationship-building with high-net-worth clients.
• Experience educating investors on complex investment opportunities.
• Ability to consult with investors and guide through processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own slate of accredited-investor clients.
• Conduct outbound investor outreach and follow up on qualified leads.
• Educate investors on private market opportunities and deal terms.
• Drive capital commitments into private market transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth investment process.
