Job summary

Lumida Wealth is hiring a licensed Vice President of Capital Formation to lead end-to-end fundraising for Lumida-sponsored investment vehicles. You will cultivate and close commitments from accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, and institutions, leveraging your network and Lumida's community.

You will work directly with the CEO, CIO, and investment team to shape materials, manage a disciplined pipeline, and build a scalable capital-formation process for a growing private-investments

Qualifications

• Active U.S. securities licensing suitable for capital formation (e.g., Series 7, 63, 65, 66, 82)
• Proven track record of raising capital for private funds, alternatives, private companies, or institutional strategies
• Established U.S. network across family offices, UHNW investors, RIAs, founders, and institutional allocators
• Crucial ability to discuss investment strategies with sophisticated investors and manage subscription workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fundraising for Lumida-sponsored investment vehicles, from prospecting through subscription and close.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of qualified purchasers from your network and Lumida's community (accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, institutions).
• Develop trusted senior relationships and convert them into repeat capital commitments.
• Partner with the investment team to communicate vehicle strategy, portfolio construction, risks, and fit for prospective investors.
• Create a rigorous fundraising operating cadence: CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, conversion reporting, investor follow-up, and forecast accuracy.
