STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Great Falls, VA area. The platform delivers clients and handles administration, while you run the private lessons on your own schedule.

Coaches review offers, set sessions at client locations, and are paid per completed session. They are independent contractors with liability coverage details managed by the platform. A 1099-NEC may be issued at year end if earnings qualify.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professional and confident working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept client offers through the STXZ platform.
• Coordinate schedule and location with clients.
• Run lacrosse coaching sessions independently as agreed with clients.
• Submit a brief session recap on the platform after each lesson.
• Payouts occur after each completed session via PayPal.
