STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Potomac area to cover client requests. We bring you the clients and you run the sessions with your own coaching style.

You control your schedule, locations, drills, and equipment. STXZ handles client matching and payment processing; you are paid per completed session, with payout within 24–48 hours and a year-end 1099-NEC if earnings exceed $2,000.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, or college level is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third‑party background check arranged by STXZ.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and accept or decline without penalty.
• Run the lacrosse sessions at the agreed location and schedule.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the STXZ platform after each session.
• Payout is issued within 24–48 hours after submission of the lesson brief.
