Dana-co is seeking a highly organized Private Label Account Coordinator to support its growing private label business. The role involves coordinating programs from concept to delivery, working with design, merchandising, product development, sourcing, and production teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, tracking development calendars, preparing materials, and helping identify opportunities to expand customer programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apparel account coordination or related field.
• Experience with private label or wholesale apparel preferred.
• Experience in intimate apparel, bras, panties, sleepwear, or loungewear is a plus.
• General understanding of the apparel product development and production process.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of private label customer accounts.
• Track product development calendars, samples, approvals, pricing, and production timelines.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding program requirements and project status.
• Prepare customer presentations, product information, pricing documents, and meeting materials.
• Maintain accurate account records, order details, and product specifications.
• Coordinate sample requests and follow up on customer comments and approvals.
• Assist with market preparation and customer meetings.
• Help identify opportunities to expand existing customer programs.
• Address account questions and follow through with the appropriate internal teams.
