Mente Group is launching a brand-new Flight Department in the Southern Bay Area, CA, inviting an experienced Corporate Cabin Attendant to join as we operate a Gulfstream (G700). The role focuses on safe cabin operations and exceptional inflight service in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Based in the Bay Area, this full-time position requires flexibility for weekends and extended trips, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant or in private/business aviation.
• Experience delivering First Class and/or Business Class cabin service with international travel.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support flight crew in safe, efficient flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Complete pre-, inflight, and post-flight duties professionally and on time.
• Prepare, stock, and maintain cabin and galley to high presentation standards; coordinate catering per passenger preferences.
• Assist with basic mechanical servicing tasks as directed by crew.
