Job summary

Mente Group is launching a new Flight Department in the Southern Bay Area, CA, operating a Gulfstream. We are hiring a Corporate Cabin Attendant to ensure safe and efficient cabin operation while delivering exceptional inflight service.

You will support the flight crew, prepare the cabin and galley, manage catering and inventory, complete reports, and maintain travel documents. The role requires flexibility for international travel and extended duty periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant or in private/business aviation.
• Experience delivering First Class and/or Business Class cabin service with an international airline.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Valid passport with sufficient validity for international travel.
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain visas and travel documentation required for international operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Complete all pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare, stock, and maintain the cabin and galley to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Coordinate catering arrangements tailored to passenger preferences and track inventory.
• Assist with basic mechanical and servicing tasks as directed by crew or maintenance leadership.
• Complete operational reports and required documentation accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Ensure travel documents remain current and valid; travel on international operations.
