Job summary

Hightower Advisors seeks a Private Investment Specialist to support the Private Investment Operations team in Houston. You will enhance reporting for our alternative investment book of business and collaborate with sponsors and data platforms to ensure accurate fund data and tailored client reports.

The role requires 5+ years in the industry, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and independence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-starter that will take initiative.
• Experience with private investments is preferred but not required.
• 5 + years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversight of reporting of our alternative investment book of business.
• Audit and manage fund data entered into Black Diamond.
• Work closely with SS&C Accord reporting team, investment sponsors and Black Diamond.
• Compile specific customized reports for a selection of our largest clients.
• Other relevant duties as assigned from the Private Investment Operations Manager or Director of Private Investments.
