Job summary

HB Wealth in Towson, MD is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to support the Operations Team with the investment administration for private investments. The role handles documentation, client signatures, and coordination with fund managers to execute transactions.

You will liaise with advisors, clients and third‑party managers, maintain investment records, and help improve processes in a fast-paced, fiduciary-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, integrity and fiduciary responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer the subscription process for private investments with advisors and clients.
• Coordinate client signatures and liaise with 3rd party managers to resolve matters.
• Monitor communications from managers and circulate information firm-wide.
• Maintain documentation for private investments including W-9s and reports.
• Support process improvements and assist with special projects.
